It’s a gentle, holistic approach to releasing deeply buried, unwanted emotions from the subconscious mind, where limiting beliefs are unraveled one by one, theme by theme. You’ll feel lighter, more confident, and ready to live your life with a renewed sense of calm and ease.

About the Sessions

We meet twice a month via Zoom for a one-hour session, focusing on balancing our emotional well-being.

Each gathering features a carefully chosen theme that addresses everyday emotional struggles, creating a collective healing experience that is both powerful and uplifting.

We’ll explore and release common challenges, such as fear of rejection, loss, deep-seated guilt, people pleasing, self-doubt, anxiety and many other issues, while working towards inner peace and self-assurance.

Gentle Healing

We begin with a moment of grounding to center ourselves and prepare for each individual’s healing journey. After introducing the topic, we’ll move into the healing session, gently releasing blocked energy within the group setting.

We conclude each session with several deep cleansing breaths, followed by a positive affirmation or short meditation, to leave you feeling renewed and empowered.
