About the Sessions

We meet twice a month via Zoom for a one-hour session, focusing on themes that impact and balance our emotional well-being. We’ll explore common challenges, such as fear of rejection, loss, deep-seated guilt, self-doubt, and anxiety, while working towards inner peace and self-assurance.

Gentle Healing

We begin with a moment of grounding to get centered and prepare for each individual’s healing journey. After introducing the day’s theme, we’ll move into the healing session, gently releasing blocked energy within the group setting.

We complete each session with several deep cleansing breaths, followed by a positive affirmation or short meditation, to leave you feeling renewed and empowered.
